What we will need

To make these Healthy Fudge Brownies you’ll need:

  • 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
  • 300 Grams Dark Chocolate
  • 1 Cup Ground Almonds
  • 2 Cups Coconut Sugar
  • 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
  • 1 Avocado
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • Pinch of Sea Salt

Chocolate and Coconut Oil

First, we’re going to melt the Chocolate and Coconut Oil together on low heat. It’s important to stir the entire time to prevent the chocolate from burning.

Next, we’re going to add in all the dry ingredients. Just add them to the same pan, no one likes to do the dishes right? Just stir them all together with a wooden spoon.

Mashed Avocado

Now it’s time to mash our Avocado. A fork will do the job just fine.

Healthy Fudge Brownie Batter

Add your wet ingredients; mashed avocado, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Stir everything together with a wooden spoon. Pour your batter into a Brownie baking tin and bake in a preheated oven. Take out of the oven when a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
