Every now and again I’ll be craving for some rich gooey fudgy brownies but I don’t want to eat too much processed sugars or white flour. That’s when I make this delicious non-crap-ingredient Healthy Brownie Recipe! It ‘s even got avocado in it! Don’t get me wrong, it’s still a treat and not a plate of healthy fruits and veggies. But it doesn’t contain any processed sugars and is gluten and dairy free. So also perfect for those who won’t or can’t eat gluten or dairy! Want to see how I make these yummy fudgy Healthy Brownies? |Ingredients Healthy Brownies|
To make these Healthy Brownies you’ll need:
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
- 300 Grams Dark Chocolate
- 1 Cup Ground Almonds
- 2 Cups Coconut Sugar
- 1 tsp -Non Alcoholic- Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 Avocado
- 1 tsp Baking Powder
- 3 Eggs
- Pinch of Sea Salt
|Chocolate and Coconut Oil|
First we’re going to melt the Chocolate and Coconut Oil together on a low heat. It’s important to stirr the entire time to prevent the chocolate from burning.
|Gluten Free Brownie Recipe|
Next we’re going to add in all the dry ingredients. Just add them in the same pan, no one likes to do the dishes right? Just stirr them all together with a wooden spoon.
Now it’s time to mash our Avocado. A fork will do the job just fine.
|Healthy Brownie Batter|
Add in your wet ingredients; Mashed avocado, Eggs and Vanilla Extract.
|Dairy & Gluten Free Brownie Recipe|
Stirr everything together with a wooden spoon. Pour your batter in to a Brownie baking tin and bake in a preheated oven. Take out of the oven when a toothpick inserted in to the center comes out clean.

All that’s left to do is to cut your Brownies in to 16 squares (or 9 larger rectangles) en enjoy your delicious Fudgy Gooey Home Made Healthy Brownies!
