50 grams of butter, melted 150 grams of Oreos cushed
The cheese filling:
250 grams cream cheese
400 grams sweetened condensed milk
100 grams yogurt
2 sachet whip cream powder
1 cup mint syrup
In a food processor, mix Oreos and butter.
Press the mix into a springform pan, set in the fridge until ready to use.
In a small mixing bowl, whisk gelatin in hot water until dissolved. set aside to cool
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sweetened condensed milk and yogurt until creamy.
Beat the whip cream powder in 1 cup mint syrup
Stir the gelatin in the cheese mix and then add it to the mint whipped cream. Mix all together until creamy and smooth
Pour the mixture over the crust. Refrigerate for 4 to 6 hours.
